Lead a Business That Carries Its Own Weight

Helping leaders transfer the burden of ownership back onto the business.

Our Why

Most businesses don’t break. They drift.

As a company grows, what once worked—founder instinct, hustle, and stepping in to save the day—stops scaling. The business becomes too complex to run on personality and memory alone. And when the system doesn't hold, the symptoms pile up: team misalignment, stalled execution, reactive decision-making, and a leader who feels like they are drinking from a fire hose.

We believe you shouldn't have to be the human duct tape holding your operations together.

We partner with founders and senior leaders to implement the Five Facets of Business™ Operating System—so ownership shifts back onto the business, execution sticks, and leaders are no longer the ones holding it all together.

We don’t just organize the work. We align the culture, strategy, operations, story, and finance within the business into one integrated system—so that decisions, priorities, and actions reinforce each other instead of working against each other.

Our goal is not just to help you run a better business. Our goal is to help you build a business that runs in alignment so you can stop carrying the burden, and start leading from a place of freedom and belief.

Our Values

Leverage Tension

Great organizations recognize and embrace tension to further growth. It's the tension where the opportunities are. At Evolve, we look for the tension and turn toward it, not away from it.

Earn Trust

Relationships work well when both parties agree to meet more than halfway. We don't assume trust, we actively seek to earn it by saying what we do and doing what we say.

Add Value

Profound leadership is rooted in a spirit and commitment of making things better. If we're not making it better, or if we can't see how to make it better, we'll be the ones to walk away.

Pursue Purpose

If you don't know why you're doing your work, there's no energy. We are committed to keeping purpose, our why, at the forefront of what we do and we are committed to bringing energy in the pursuit of

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Dave Newell

Dave Newell is on a mission to align the misaligned. This mission began in 2012 when Dave got his first taste of consulting with a leadership team that was brave enough to take a shot, and he found a way to get the team working together and hitting targets. He has been hooked on creating high-functioning work environments ever since.

As the founder of The Five Facets of Business™, he helps entrepreneurial leaders scale their businesses using this proven operating system built to bring strategy and execution into sync. This framework is built on 10+ years of working with leadership teams and businesses.

Over the last decade, Dave has consulted with more than 250 businesses and 1,000+ leaders, helping them build companies that run in alignment, so ownership transfers off of leadership and back onto the business.

When Dave is not directly partnering with clients to implement The Five Facets of Business™ Operating System, he is a renowned speaker and coach who trains business leaders worldwide at conferences and business accelerator programs.

MEET THE GENERAL MANAGER

Hannah Pniewski

Hannah has always had an uncanny ability to walk into a room full of strangers and leave with allies. That gift for connection — and for turning chaos into clarity — is what led her to become one of the earliest members of the team and a driving force behind how the business runs today.

As General Manager and Fractional COO, Hannah is the operational heartbeat of the company. She has scaled startups as a General Manager, kept film productions moving as a Producer, and earned credits as an actor — a career path that demanded she master both big-picture leadership and the kind of detail-obsession that keeps complex, high-stakes projects from falling apart. She brings all of it to her work with clients.

On the client side, Hannah partners with leadership teams to build the systems and processes that make alignment stick — translating strategy into the day-to-day structures that actually get followed. She has a rare ability to meet people exactly where they are, which makes the hard work of organizational change feel less like a mandate and more like a shared mission.

When the camera isn’t rolling and the whiteboards are clean, you’ll find Hannah somewhere between a film set, a leadership workshop, and whatever new challenge she’s decided to take on next.
